If I know the City, they’ll now race to demolish so as to make the lawsuit moot. Mayor Sanders accused SOHO of “harming” Balboa Park and holding the 2015 Centennial celebration hostage, which seems to ignore most polling showing the majority of the public was against the project but that it passed by the support of Park businesses and institutions.
