Bank of America Plaza at 450 B Street to undergo extensive remodel

450 B St. Remodel The Bank of America Plaza at 450 B St. will begin preliminary design review on Wednesday November 7 by the Civic San Diego (formerly CCDC) Real Estate Committee and Pre-Design Subcommittee.  The remodel will include the replacement of the current two story 31,836 square foot structure with a six story 90,750 square foot structure.  The existing above grade plaza between the tower and the planned new building will be lowered and redesigned to increase pedestrian access and use.  The owner is BLC Inc. (Casey Brown and Paul LeBeau) and architects are M. Arthur Gensler & Associates Inc.  The PDF (warning may be too large for some systems) staff report can be found here.
