San Diego – the Cedar Gateway project was recently completed in the Cortez Hill neighborhood. The six story 65 unit residential apartment building is located at 1620 Sixth Avenue on the block bounded by 5th and 6th Avenues, Cedar Street and I-5. It is an affordable housing project with 23 one bedroom apartments set aside for people with special needs who will receive supportive services.
